It is the first question we are asked: “what size screen do I need?”. The good news is that there is a format for every venue, from 1 to 28 m²: the FLEX screen, built from panels from 1 to 12 m², and the 28 m² XL screen on a trailer. Here is how to decide.
The basic rule: distance and audience
The further your audience is from the screen, the bigger the screen needs to be. Err on the generous side: a screen that is too small is hard to see from the back, while a well-sized screen creates the “wow” effect. The size therefore depends on two things: the distance of the furthest viewer, and the number of people.
Our four reference formats
1 to 3 m² — Bar, counter, shop window
Ideal indoors or for a small space. The screen stays visible from every table without overwhelming the room. Perfect for showing a match in a bar or bringing a shop window to life.
4 to 9 m² — Terrace, brasserie, small hall
The format that catches the eye from the street and livens up a terrace. Big enough to be seen from a distance, compact enough to fit in.
9 to 12 m² — Hall, club, village hall
An immersive picture for parties, seminars and screenings. This is the “stage” format that gives an event its structure.
28 m² — Public square, fan zone, festival
The stadium effect. For large outdoor gatherings where several hundred people need to see clearly, even in broad daylight.
