Data we collect

Through the quote form and the call-back request: your name and phone number and, if you provide them, your email address, your company, the type, date, town and venue of the event, the expected attendance, your needs and your message.

We also record the page through which you arrived on the site and, where applicable, the advertising campaign you came from (utm, gclid and fbclid parameters), so we know which ads bring us enquiries.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle your request: to call you back and send you a quote. The processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

Your request is sent by text message and email to the PIXOPALE sales team, and to them only. It is routed through Amazon Web Services (SES and SNS services), our technical processor. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, after which it is deleted.

Cookies

Only with your consent, we use analytics and advertising cookies (Google, Meta) to measure how well our campaigns perform. Without your consent, none of these cookies are set.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@pixopale.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
